For my students that have taken Reiki from me - remember you can review the class after you have taken level two - for
only $25
I do accept students from other teachers of Reiki - though I do not review how I taught my classes - if you are interested
in retaking a level and were from a different teacher I do charge my regular fees due to how much information and time
that I do teach. If you want to just finish up your degrees in Reiki to continue on I do accept those with proof of
completion of the level before and the cost of the class that you will be attending.
Developing your inner peace & awareness series
I do have a free series on Blogtalkradio on every other Tuesday evening at 8 pm. It is designed to teach you tools and
techniques on meditation and going inward. Also each series has a guided imagery meditation to do. Please make sure
that you listen to series one that is on my profile page so that you understand when I guide you through the meditations.
Coming in March I will be having more classes on Intuitive development - if you are interested let me know. Also please
advise me better days or evenings that you would be able to attend. I only can have classes if I have enough
participation. So spread the word to those that might be interested.
If you would like to have a private class for you and your friends & family etc. Let me know and we can discuss what
the costs would be and how many would be needed. Also which class you would be thinking about.

Watching our thoughts
I am constantly reminded by my guides that our thoughts bring to us our destinies. What we project out during this time on
earth, because manifestation is highly powerful during the earth shifts or what some call the thinning of the veils. How we
manifest is by our thoughts. Our thoughts radiate out through the earth plane and universe as vibrations of what we want to be
sent to us.

What is unconditional love?
Unconditional love - is not asking for it, it is just there. There are no demands, reasons, or strings attached. In conditional
love; love is 'earned' on the basis of conscious or unconscious conditions being met by the lover, whereas in unconditional love,
love is 'given freely' to the loved one 'no matter what'. Conditional love requires some kind of finite exchange whereas
unconditional love is seen as infinite and measureless. Unconditional love should not be mistaken with unconditional
dedication: unconditional dedication refers to an act of the will irrespective of feelings (example: a person may consider they
have a duty to stay with a person); unconditional love is an act of the feelings irrespective of will.
Universal - unconditional love
When we allow for universal love / unconditional love to be part of our life, we receive so many benefits. We learn how to love
whole heartedly and unconditionally. Receiving in also energy and expansiveness. When we open our hearts to
unconditional love and universal love, we don’t have the normal limitations that we usually have with the boundaries. But
unlimited as there is no more boundaries when we open our hearts to pure unconditional love.
We have peace and well being with our hearts are filled with love and joy. You feel happy and peaceful. Love, happiness, joy,
peace, well being are just different names for the same basic energy; of the love giving energy of the heart.
When you open your heart to others you naturally feel joined with them in a meaningful way. In the deepest sense love as a
source of all meaning and all belonging. This is the beginning of the spiritual awakening with the opening of the whole. Loving
feelings can eventually reveal the essential nature of life which is paradoxically also love.
WE ARE SIMPLY LOVE SEARCHING FOR ITSELF.
When was the last time you dropped within side of your own self and found that spark of the light that is Divine light, that is
within you and all of us? It is the pure love that is the Divine light. Searching our souls inner pure essence for the light of
Divine, the light of love within it, we find the inner peace and the knowledge that is there. Within this light is pure love, peace
and happiness.
When was the last time that you bathed yourself in unconditional love? When was the last time you felt the unconditional love
and light being sent from Divine and from the universe?

Just wanted to share - Two great movies that I have seen over the holiday season. They are now in the video stores to rent
so they are still available. Within most movies there are meanings to them. Some you have to sit through the whole movie
to find out that special message.
The one that I saw in the movie theator with my daughter was ' Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium'. It was a movie for all
ages. The message behind the movie was that we must believe in our self and our own abilities/power. The young lady in
the movie had the gift but did not realize that it was coming from her and thought it belong to someone else. But in the end
she started trusting her own ability and saw that she had the gift. - The movie was to teach all of us we do have to have
faith in our own self and abilities in order for it to work.
The other movie that I saw was on tv and is on usually on a regular basis. 'Merlin'. This movies message is to teach you
that you must not fear anything otherwise you give your power away. When you take back your own power you are in
control of your self.

Just wanted to pass on some wonder feed back from an herb that I started to take. Turmeric has done wonders for me and my
friends. I have read some articles in the local health section in my paper about its affect on joints and arthritis. Plus that no
one in India has problems with Alzheimer’s disease because of the use of this herb was also an incentive to try it. Usually my
knees grind and crack due to I usually landed on them as a kid falling off of my bike and bumping into things with them. So I
went to the local store and picked up a bottle. Took one in the afternoon, my knees have not grind or crack since. The relief
was that day and I have not stopped taking it since. One of my friends has problems with the cold weather and has pains and
stiffness in her body from it. She decided to try it and it worked wonderfully. I guess what I am told and read you can take up
to 1000 mg of it. She takes that much but I only take one capsule a day which is 450 mg. I feel great! Also no longer does my
wrist crack - due to being a massage therapist.
