Happy Valentines day to everyone! Make sure you embrace yourself with love, light and happiness during this time. Find ways to bring joy into
your life and love yourself. I have two great web pages that I wrote on the heart chakra and heart chakra blocks to heal. When we are healed
from past hurts, then we can magnetize higher vibrations into to our lives and not repeats of past hurts.

A unique method that focuses on a blend of the aesthetic and physiological. It is also referred to as ‘Japanese Facial Massage’.
The Zen Therapy is working with the Qi/Chi by using acupressure, massage and aromatherapy techniques. It goes beyond the

I have received a lot of requests for information on protection. Protecting your energy and your home. Last year

subject throughout the year.

One of the ways of clearing energy attachments from others is the Psychic Cord Cutting. Do you ever feel that you are
too connected to people and situations when you thought that you have cleared them from your lives?

This healing will heal psychic bondage or ties and psychic coercion. What are psychic ties? Psychic ties are an
invisible, negative bond between yourself and something or someone in your lives. This can happen due to many
factors. Some of them are from: undue attachment or repulsion to a person, group of people, place, thing, organization,
situation, circumstance, experience or memory. They are negative thoughts and emotions that tie us to people and
things. This is on an astral level of the mind as the mind connects us to people and situations. The subtle body also
known as the astral body is affected. It does not always have to be coming from another, but ourselves can bring this

What is a chakra?

It is an ancient Sanskrit word that means ‘wheel or disk’. Each chakra governs over our emotional, physical and spiritual side. The
chakras also regulate the flow of our life force energy as it balances and controls the subtle energy in and around our body. They are
also depicted in some pictures as lotus flowers. Each of the lotus flowers are different colors and number of petals on them. Some
