I will be having some live classes through Yahoo Instant Messenger via the conference option that is on there.
How it works - Yahoo has in its messenger a conference option. You will be able to hear me through your computer. I
recommend either getting headphones so that you will be able to hear the meditations or classes without hearing
background noise from where you are with speakers.
How to get the Yahoo messenger? Go to Yahoo Messenger Chat download the messenger - which is simple and fast.
Then add me, my user id is carlamarycom (carlamarycom@yahoo.com) or you can email me with your info and I will add
you and then just accept me to your friends list. Since so many people are using nicknames or other types of ids that are
not easily recognized, please let me know your real name in order for me to add you. By doing this I will be able to
identify you through the messenger.
The class will start at the time noted. Please be on time of the class so you will not miss out on anything. I suggest at
least logging in no less than 10 minutes before the class begins so that I may add you to the conference. Since it would
be hard and destracting to add guests in it while I am communicating. I will be logged in at least 1/2 hour before the
classes begins.
At the end of some the on line classes you will be allowed to comment which you can type in your comments or replies. I
do ask for that way to respond only during the classes. Otherwise it can be done by emailing me.
