Welcome everyone!
Another year is here for us to embrace new beginnings. Have you set your goals for the new year yet? This year
according to the astrology should be a better year for all. If you remembered back to my last year predictions of
the year 2007 talked a lot about money / finance problems for most of all the signs. This year seems more
promising as long as you work hard for it and save what comes in. Most individuals set goals for health, career and
finances. How about your inner you? The inner work can consist of; inner healing, spiritual and intuitive growing,
finding inner peace and awareness.
My entire website is designed to assist you on that inner work and also assisting you on your journey. Also, the
services that I do offer are a wide range of sessions and therapies that can assist you in the healing and developing
the Mind / Body / Spirit. The massage and healing sessions I offer are in Sarasota and occasionally I will do
house calls for clients. I offer a wide range of different modalities of massage and healing therapies. The classes
that I do offer are designed for healing yourself and learn how to heal others. Throughout the month I offer
different classes. All of the classes that I do offer do have a minimum amount of students to hold the class - so if
you know of others that would attend pass the information on.
A perfect way to bring in the new year with manifesting your goals and desires
Manifesting circle
One of the ways to manifest things is writing them down and putting your intent in it. The manifesting circle is a
great way of doing it. This can be done during the time around the new year and also on birthdays. Parents can
do this for their children that are small and unable to do them for them self like under the age of 12. Otherwise
have those over that age start a practice of doing one during the new years.
What you will need to have for this:

to get the perfect job or raise you do have to work for it - nothing falls in your lap if you do not put effort in it.

Another year is here for us to embrace new beginnings. Have you set your goals for the new year yet? This year
according to the astrology should be a better year for all. If you remembered back to my last year predictions of
the year 2007 talked a lot about money / finance problems for most of all the signs. This year seems more
promising as long as you work hard for it and save what comes in. Most individuals set goals for health, career and
finances. How about your inner you? The inner work can consist of; inner healing, spiritual and intuitive growing,
finding inner peace and awareness.

that I do offer are designed for healing yourself and learn how to heal others. Throughout the month I offer
different classes. All of the classes that I do offer do have a minimum amount of students to hold the class - so if

A perfect way to bring in the new year with manifesting your goals and desires
Manifesting circle
One of the ways to manifest things is writing them down and putting your intent in it. The manifesting circle is a
great way of doing it. This can be done during the time around the new year and also on birthdays. Parents can
do this for their children that are small and unable to do them for them self like under the age of 12. Otherwise
have those over that age start a practice of doing one during the new years.
What you will need to have for this:
- A large piece of white paper - poster board or you can use typing paper and tape them to gather to make a
large enough surface to write on.
(optional) pictures of things you want to manifest as examples of (houses, cars etc)
First thing you will want to do is draw a large circle on the paper. But leave enough room on the outer edge of
the circle to write on; at least two inches and at least 4 or more inches on top and bottom.
In the circle you will want to write down all the things you will want to bring into your life for the coming year.
Example; peace, inner joy, happiness, prosperity. Also, you can tape or glue in the circle any pictures that
you may find from magazines of items of like you want to manifest.
On the outer circle you will want to write down of the things you want to release from your life. Example;
sadness, worries, financial problems etc
Make sure that you take your time doing this - there is no rush. You can always comeback and add to it at
anytime.
On the top of it you write: “I ask for this or its equivalent, for the highest good of all, no harm to none and so
it be”

Your personal year number
The Personal Year embraces each number's individual qualities and applies them as the energy needed to initiate,
cultivate, expand, progress, and eventually reap the rewards of a cycle of experience. The individual energies within
each number express themselves in a natural organic rhythm that cultivates human potential and growth. It makes
sense that a 1 would lead our experience and a 9 would conclude, holding within it the knowledge, compassion, and
understanding gained from a full cycle of experience. Once we conclude a full cycle through the 9 Personal Years,
we start all over again. The following definitions on the number meaning page will give you some guidance in how to
apply each number's energies to the direction contained in a Personal Year.
How to find your Personal Year Number
This year is 2008. To break down that number to put it in a numerology number - 2 + 0 + 0 +8 = 10/1
(In numerology numbers only run from 1 through 9. If its a two digit or three digit number it will also have to be
broken down to a single digit. Example: If the total was a 32 you would break it down 3 + 2 = 5. )
Now you will add your Month of your birth and then add your day of birth plus add the present year which will be
a 1.

December is a 12 broken down 1 + 2 = 3

Clearing your energy and keeping focused
Have you been feeling off balanced and not focused. One of the reasons can be the shifts in energy that are
happening on the earth plane. Our earth plane is going through dramatic shifts of energy and not all positive, just
read the newspaper. It is important for us to stay centered, clear and focus at this time.
The following are some very basic tools to do this. Yes, it can only be basic and you will feel the power effects it
can have for you.
Are you questioning your path and purpose? Feeling off centered or out of balanced? Lack of faith and hope?
about what can block it.
Have you been feeling over emotional, out of balance, lack of focus? Have you been in an environment or with
others that had a lot of negative energy? Or just felt you can not release any negative energy?
Try doing this everyday, if its a week, two weeks or even a month. Let me know how it assist you and any
differences that you felt.
Do you feel like you are picking up on too much energy or emotions from others? Feeling of overwhelming
emotions? Or you feel that you are a sponge for negative energy?
We also need to keep our energy and ourself protected at all times. So that we do not get affected by negative
energy. There are two ways to do this.
Also, is another thing that you can do to clear your energy and even your home is smudging. It is a very powerful

The following are some very basic tools to do this. Yes, it can only be basic and you will feel the power effects it

- It is possible that your crown chakra may be blocked. First thing you will need to do is open the crown chakra.
Imagine that on top of your head is a small saucer plate. The kind that you use for underneath tea cups.
Bring both of your hands on top of your head with fingers of each hand touching together. Now pull your
hands apart as if you were opening a circle on top of your head (only the size of the saucer plate). In about a
minute you should experience the warmth coming in and around you. The warmth energy is chi energy flowing in
freely. The crown chakra is the entrance point of the chi energy - our life force energy. You may even feel
warmth in the palms of your hands. The palms of your hands are chi exit channels of positive energy - healing
energy. Also, you may feel tingling or sensation in the bottoms of your feet. The bottom of the feet are
another chi exit channel but it releases negative energy to flow out. Some other benefit affects would be;
feeling focused, calm, peace, less or no more aches and pains in the physical and a feeling of an all over well
being experience.
about what can block it.
Have you been feeling over emotional, out of balance, lack of focus? Have you been in an environment or with
others that had a lot of negative energy? Or just felt you can not release any negative energy?
- Grounding your energies into the earth is the best thing for this. It only takes a few minutes and the benefits
are wonderful. This practice has been used for ages. Remember the old saying when some one was upset or
frustrated? 'Go hug a tree' That is another form of grounding your energy. On my web page on grounding
is an audio and written out on grounding your energies. I recommend this to my Reiki students and healing
clients for a length of period after the session. Because it will assist in the healing and clearing process.
There is another saying 'Someone that stays grounded is less likely to be affected by negative energy on this
plane or others'. When you stay grounded you are centered and there is an awareness within you. You are
able to perceive energy more - the positive and negative. Who would want to be around negative?
Try doing this everyday, if its a week, two weeks or even a month. Let me know how it assist you and any
differences that you felt.

- When we perceive emotions and energy from others it is all part of an ability that is known as clairsentance.
Some may even refer to it as being a psychic sponge or even empathy. At times if the gift is strong the person
can not tell if its their emotions or others that they are experiencing. Or do not even connect that it could be
someone else's emotions or feelings that they are perceiving.
We also need to keep our energy and ourself protected at all times. So that we do not get affected by negative
energy. There are two ways to do this.
- One is using the bubble of light protection. On my web page explains this and it also has an audio for you to
listen to about doing it.
- The other way is protecting your energy centers also known as the chakra system. It is important to protect
the centers when we are not using them. Meaning to be only open when we are meditating, healing or doing
intuitive or psychic things. Otherwise you can be overwhelmed with negative energy and not connected to the
present just to name a few things. By doing this you will also feel that focus and centered feeling. I do have a
web page that will explain and walk you through opening and closing the chakra.
