as a preventative benefit. Relieve built-up tension and alleviates stress with this
relaxing, full body massage. A combination of techniques and deep penetrating
lotions and oils will help to whisk away the aches and worries of everyday life.
Included as needed is the use of heated stones to loosen up the back muscles
& bamboo massage treatment.
The 1 1/2 hour massage you can receive - 1 hour massage and 1/2 hour reiki,
energy work or craniosacral therapy.

Hot Stone

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that uses smooth, heated stones.
They are often basalt, a black volcanic rock and river rock that absorbs and
retains heat well. It is a deeply soothing, relaxing form of massage. The heat
helps tight muscles release. It involves the application of heated basalt stones
of varying sizes to key points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating
sensations of comfort and warmth.
When ordering this session, please advise when scheduling to have stones
ready.

Deep Tissue Massage - Trigger
$65.00 for an hour
This massage deals with specific areas needing deep tissue work. For areas of
knots and rehabilitation areas from accidents and over worked muscles.

The Energy Healing Massage is designed from the individual that want to
incorporate the energy work and a massage together. During the session, I am
channeling in the Reiki / Divine energy (as a Reiki Master) and allowing the
flow of energy to enhance the massage session. Also, by directing the energy
through the meridians lines during the session while massaging which assists in
the healing of the mind/body/spirit.

This sessions is designed for those that are seeking either a healing session
and those that are unsure of which type they need or want.
During this session I use my intuitive and healing abilities to find which healing
modality that I use is best suited for the individual. It can be a mixture of the
many different types of therapies that I do; Reiki, energy healing and
balancing, chakra balancing, reading the aura and chakra centers, breath
therapy, CranioSacral therapy, meridian healing, visualization, aromatherapy,
shiatsu and Qi Gong.
Reiki / Intuitive Energy Healing and Re

Healing is very much a holistic modality with the belief that health is not just
being free of symptoms of disease, but includes the spiritual, emotional, mental
and physical harmony of the whole person. The healer acts as a channel for
universal healing energies. The treatment is performed clothed and is
confidential at all times. The therapy is done by contact healing, sometimes
called the laying on of hands, where the healer works with their hands either on
or near the person while working with the energy field of the client. Healing is a
non-invasive therapy with no harmful side effects. This form of healing helps
increase relaxation and helps to decrease the stress response, which, in turn,
promotes positive changes in attitudes, behaviors, thoughts, and emotions. I will
work with your energy field and chakra system to recognize the blockages that
are within and help clear and remove the blocks. When there is balance with the
body/mind/spirit the body will heal itself naturally realigning the energy flow,
thus reactivating the mind/body/spirit connection. This system also helps in
manifesting change, empowers, and restoring the spiritual, emotional, mental,

CranioSacral Therapy

This therapy is performed when the client is fully clothed. Using a light touch
and generally no more than the weight of a nickel, the therapist monitors the
rhythm of the CranioSacral system to detect potential restrictions and
imbalances. The therapist then uses delicate manual techniques to release
these problem areas and relieve undue pressure on the brain and spinal cord.
The result?
The central nervous system will be free of restrictions and a body that Carla
Mary is better able to return to its greatest levels of performance.
CranioSacral therapy strengthens the body's ability to take better care of
itself. It helps alleviate a range of illnesses, pain and dysfunction, including:
migraines and headaches, chronic neck and back pain, motor coordination
impairment, stress and tension related problems, infantile disorders, traumatic
brain and spinal cord injuries, chronic fatigue, scoliosis, central nervous system
disorders, emotional difficulties, tmj, learning disabilities, post traumatic stress

Reflexology is a science which deals with the principle that there are reflex
areas in the feet and hands which correspond to all of the glands, organs and
parts of the body. It is a non invasive treatment to complement your current
medical and holistic care.

Shiatsu
What is shiatsu?
Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork. The word shiatsu means "finger
pressure", and shiatsu is sometimes described as a finger pressure massage.
The goal of Shiatsu is to restore the balance of energy in the body. The part
of Shiatsu and acupuncture believe that disease and physical infirmities are
caused by imbalances or blockages in the flow of energy through the body.
This energy is called “ki” which flows through the body along meridians or
energy channels. Practitioners strive for a balance between Yin (negative
energy) and Yang (positive energy) and attempt to determine where there may
be a build up of energy or an energy deficiency. Either will cause problems.
